The Old Globe Theatre in San Diego is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant for a full-time temporary position to cover a medical leave. The assignment is expected to last 6 months.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, running weekly checks, ensuring that GL accounts are properly allocated, preparing and processing deposits, preparing journal entries as needed and various other accounting and business office duties. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical and organizational skills. Previous experience in Accounts Payable preferred. Experience with Financial Edge is a plus.
