LEAD PATRON SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
The Lead Patron Services Representative represents La Jolla Playhouse to patrons – over the telephone, by email correspondence, and in person – selling single tickets and subscriptions while providing exceptional customer service. This position works cohesively with all employees, sets an exemplary example to Patron Service Representatives, and may occasionally train other representatives on company ticketing processes and systems. In addition, this position is responsible for processing vouchers, processing transactions for the Learning & Engagement programs, and is required to learn additional Tessitura functions in order to provide in-house Tessitura support.


DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
The Director of Sales & Marketing is a member of the Senior Staff team at the Playhouse. The Director is primarily responsible for achieving revenue goals through the strategic vision and execution of the single ticket and subscription campaigns for all productions. Other key responsibilities include: maintain institutional branding and strategic messaging that adhere to the Playhouse’s mission and values; responsible for Marketing budget management, revenue forecasting and reporting on ticket sales revenue; managerial oversight of the Patron Services office, support Learning & Engagement and Philanthropic programs and campaigns; oversee marketing and sales strategy for the annual Without Walls (WOW) Festival and execute strategies to increase and diversify new audiences and enhance patron retention and satisfaction. This position oversees a staff of 8 full time employees, 3 part time employees and 2 outside sales contractors. The Director of Sales & Marketing serves on the Communications Committee and attends Senior Staff Meetings, Board Meetings, Finance Committee Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings.


BIPOC STAGE MANAGEMENT FELLOW
La Jolla Playhouse’s BIPOC Stage Management Fellowship is a two-year Production Department position with full salary and benefits. It provides both production and administrative experience, and is intended for early- or mid-career stage managers whose professional aspirations may include production management. In addition to being fully embedded in the Playhouse’s Production Department, the fellow’s time at the Playhouse will culminate with at least one stage manager slot in the subscription season of their second year or the year following their fellowship.


BIPOC DIRECTING FELLOW
La Jolla Playhouse’s BIPOC Director Fellowship is a newly-created, two-year Artistic Department position with full salary and benefits. It provides both artistic and administrative experience, and is intended for early- or mid-career directors whose professional aspirations may include leading a theatre and/or developing new work. In addition to being fully embedded in the Playhouse’s Artistic Department, the fellow’s time at the Playhouse will culminate with a directing slot in the subscription season of their second year or the year following their fellowship.

ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER
The Assistant Company Manager assists the Company Manager in overseeing the practical needs of the artistic staff, crew, and company associated with La Jolla Playhouse productions.
