The Old Globe Theatre in beautiful Balboa Park seeks an individual who is detail-oriented and experienced in both ticketing and customer service for the position of Lead Ticket Services Representative.

Lead Ticket Services Representatives assist the Ticket Services Director and Assistant Ticket Services Director in all tasks of the ticket office including; processing ticket orders, running reports, overseeing special projects, training and mentoring Ticket Representatives, handling customer relations, and other administrative duties.

Successful candidates will have strong ticketing experience (Tessitura ticketing system preferred) and excellent customer service including strong organizational and administrative skills with efficient follow-through on projects. Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel preferred.

Evening and weekend availability required. Must be able to pass applicable background screening. Hourly pay range is $19.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience. Full-time benefited position including 401(k) and theatre tickets.
